When paying by Credit Card you can use the most common Credit Cards, including Visa / MasterCard / America Express.

The entire order and payment process is done via an encrypted connection to guarantee the highest possible security. For our payments, we work together with Stripe, which use the highest possible security standards.

No transaction costs will be charged to any orders.

3. SHIPPING INFORMATION


Which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from?

At the moment we ship from our warehouses in China and Norway. All orders are shipped with DHL(express) or EMS Package Services(free delivery). For express packages in Norway, the orders are shipped with Posten/Bring.

When will I get my order?

For worldwide express: First, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail. When the package is ready to be delivered, DHL will contact you with delivery details. Shipping can take from three to seven days, depending on your region. You can track your order by logging in to www.sodapop-audio.com or from DHL’s webpage using the tracking number you received.

For free EMS packages: You will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail. Shipping can take from five to twenty days, depending on your region. You can track your order by logging in to www.sodapop-audio.com or from www.17track.net webpage using the tracking number you received.

Can I collect my order in store?

Unfortunately, no. All orders purchased online are delivered to your home, post office, or work address. In case you need shipping to another place we can, of course, be of help. Just send an email to [email protected]

How do I collect my order?

All orders shipped with DHL which requires a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9 am – 6 pm on business days. They will be in contact with you shortly before the delivery. If you are not at home during the day, you can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering and get it delivered to your work address.

All orders shipped with free EMS services will arrive at your home or local post office.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer a free shipping option for all countries!

Express shipping is available for a fee.

How much do I pay in taxes or importation duties?

Please note that whilst we endeavor to ensure that import taxes and duties are kept to a minimum for territories outside of our warehouse locations, local import taxes and duties may be required to be paid. Sodapop has no control over local customs offices and, as such, cannot be held responsible should you be charged import taxes and duties in addition to your purchase and shipping price. It is always best to check the position in your country beforehand.

 

4. Return Policy


How do I return or exchange an item?

Please contact the customer care service at [email protected], and we will help you return or exchange the item of your choice.

I have received a faulty product and want to return it.

Please contact our customer care service, and we will help you. Since we need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our knowledge and confirmation.

How much time do I have to return the item after I have received it?

We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item.

How do you process my return?

After you have sent us an email to [email protected] about the return, we will get back to you with what to do next. The return process may vary from country to country.

How can I return an item purchased in-store?

If you paid for the item in the store, we could not accept the return online. Please contact the store you purchased the item(s) from directly, and they will assist you. If you paid for the item on another webshop than the official www.sodapop-audio.com, we could not accept the return. Please contact the store you purchased the item(s) from directly, and they will assist you

I received an item from you as a gift. Can I return it?

If the gift was bought from us online, you could return it within 14 days upon delivery. We require the name of the person that bought the gift, and also that the item is in its original condition. Contact our customer care service for help with the return. If the gift was bought from a store, please contact them directly.

When do I get my refund?

When we have received your item at our warehouse, we will refund your money the same way you paid. Please note that any shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 3-10 business days before you can see the refund back on your account.
